Return Policy

At Native Ceuticals Apothecary, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Only items that are unopened and in their original condition can be returned.

  2. Receipt Required: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  3. Return Window: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Return Process:

  1. In-Store Returns:

    • Bring the unopened item and your receipt to Native Ceuticals Apothecary within 30 days of purchase.

    • Our staff will assist you with the return and provide a refund to your original method of payment.

  2. Online Returns:

    • Contact our customer service team at statesvilleapothecary@gmail.com or 704.380.3737 to initiate the return.

    • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

    • Ship the unopened item(s) back to us at 118 W Broad St A, Statesville, NC 28677 within 30 days of purchase. Please include your receipt or order confirmation.

 

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at statesvilleapothecary@gmail.com or 704.380.3737 with details and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
